Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  • In a small bowl add the dry ingredients: Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg and Cloves.
  • In a large bowl,

  • Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
